Oneonta Office

Dr. Edwards is available on a limited basis in the Oneonta office. He has office hours every other Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please call the office to schedule your appointment.
Insurance
Currently, insurance reimbursement is limited in New York State. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage. The office does not bill insurance companies, but can provide you with proper documentation so you may submit your claim.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, checks, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery are currently accepted for payment. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds a twenty-five dollar fee will be charged in addition to the cost of that visit.
Cancellation Policy
In consideration of other patients and Dr. Edward's time, kindly allow 24 hours notice to cancel appointments or reschedule your appointment. Late or missed appointments will be billed at 50% of the office visit. Concessions made for extenuating circumstances.
